CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Before February 15, 2008: 100% refund of payment, minus 30 € for handling fee
• Between February 15 and April 18, 2008: charge of 1st night
• After April 18, 2008 or no notice: No refund

Cancellation notices must be made in writing to the Accommodation Secretariat, TILESA OPC e-mail: ims.2008@tilesa.es  within dates indicated above.

The appropriate refunds will be made after the close of the Congress.

Congress rates are only applicable if booked through the Accommodation Secretariat of the 12th World Congress on the Menopause (TILESA OPC).
